Domestic Customers

We have a many payment method to make it easier for you to have our items. and all prices listed on our website are include the shipping cost.

Domestic Customer order will be shipped via JNE.

International Customers

we have a common payment method. we accept PayPal, Credit Card and Bank Transfer. the shipping cost is totaly free, its include on our price.

Overseas customer order will be shipped via EMS by the Indonesian Post or DPEX. It is the safest, fastest, and the most reliable shipping method. If you find it difficult to do the check-out, do not hesitate to contact us through info@carnivoressoul.com for a direct transaction.

Exchange/Return/Refund

You can return new, undamaged items. Items must be unhemmed, unaltered, and unworn (tried only, no creases).

Returned items can be exchanged for the same product. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchanges or return are the responsibility of the customer. Please always double check sizing before purchasing. Please contact us before you make the exchange as we need to check on the availability of the size and we will inform you the shipping cost.

Repair and Hamming Warranty

All the jeans that you buy form us will get a guarantee for hamming and repair, warranty goes forever. still need hemming or repairing on your jeans, just drop to us or with our partners, your warranty goes forever. We work with partners who are competent with repair and hemming. for domestic customers you can immediately come to our partners by bringing your jeans and show your hemming repair card, or you can drop directly your jeans on our headquarter.

For international customers, you can order how long you want to hemmed before your order shipped.

Shipping

Where ever you are, you all covered. Don’t worry, we provided shipping cost for all of you, where ever you stay. Its free shipping for all of you guys!

Hardware Guarantee

We guarantee the hardware on the item you are using. Don’t worry about buttons coming off, rivets coming off, or cracked leather patches. Whatever your hardware problem is, you can claim to get a new hardware replacement. Please contact us when you have hardware problem with item you purchase.

please note : for International Customers, we have provided backup button & rivet when you buy our product, we included in the item that we shipped. If that’s still not enough, please contact us.

Shipping Process

For Domestic Customers, we will proceed your item maximum 1 x 24 hours on working day. we use JNE, J&T, SiCepat or Tiki for shipping partners. usually it will take 2 – 4 days.

For Overseas customer order will be shipped via EMS by the Indonesian Post. We will proceed your your item maximum 2 x 24 hours on working days. we use EMS or DPEX as shipping partners. usually it will take 7 – 14 working days to arrived at your point.
